By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or application.
KitchenCrew policies
These terms govern use of the KitchenCrew website and participation in its free, manually operated founding pilot.
Effective July 28, 2026KitchenCrew is currently testing a manual matching service in Wisconsin. The website accepts requests and applications, but does not process payments, guarantee placement, or automatically confirm a booking.
By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or application.
During the founding pilot, KitchenCrew reviews restaurant staffing requests, private-chef requests, and culinary-professional applications and may coordinate introductions between potential parties. KitchenCrew may also respond to general, investor, and support inquiries.
Submitting a form does not create an employment relationship, booking, contract, partnership, investment, or promise that a match will be available.
Participation is discretionary. KitchenCrew may accept, decline, pause, or end a request, application, introduction, or pilot opportunity when reasonably necessary for fit, availability, safety, conduct, or operational reasons.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly disclose material changes affecting an opportunity.
KitchenCrew may review experience, work history, credentials, or references when relevant. “Personally reviewed” does not mean a criminal background check, license verification, insurance check, or other specific screening has occurred unless that screening is expressly identified for the individual opportunity.
Restaurants, clients, and culinary professionals remain responsible for evaluating fit, confirming credentials and insurance when needed, maintaining a safe environment, following food-safety requirements, and using reasonable judgment before working together.
Unless KitchenCrew expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, KitchenCrew is not the employer of a culinary professional, does not process payroll, and is not the employer of record. Each party is responsible for determining and complying with the laws that apply to its working relationship, including wage, tax, worker-classification, licensing, workplace, and insurance obligations.
KitchenCrew does not collect payment through the website during the free founding pilot. Any compensation between a customer, restaurant, and culinary professional, along with scope, timing, cancellation expectations, expenses, and responsibilities, must be confirmed directly before work begins.
If KitchenCrew introduces paid services or marketplace fees later, those fees and payment terms will be presented before the user agrees to a paid transaction.
You may not use the website to:
KitchenCrew does not guarantee that a request will receive candidates, that a candidate will be selected, that an opportunity will proceed, or that any person will meet every expectation. The pilot and website are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Send non-emergency safety concerns to Jayderouin13@gmail.com. KitchenCrew is not an emergency service. For an emergency or immediate threat, contact the appropriate emergency authorities.
KitchenCrew may update these terms as the pilot evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to Jayderouin13@gmail.com.
