1. Information we collect

When you submit a restaurant request, private-chef request, chef application, contact message, investor inquiry, or support inquiry, KitchenCrew may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, organization, role or event details, availability, experience, credentials, budget or pay expectations, and any other information you choose to provide.

The website and its hosting providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, device or browser information, and IP address.

2. How information is used

KitchenCrew may use submitted information to:

  • Respond to questions, requests, and applications.
  • Review experience, needs, availability, and potential fit.
  • Coordinate introductions and pilot opportunities.
  • Maintain safety, prevent misuse, and resolve concerns.

3. When information may be shared

KitchenCrew may share relevant information with a potential restaurant, client, or culinary professional when coordinating a match, normally after confirming the opportunity with you. Information may also be processed by service providers that host, secure, store, or support the website and communications.

KitchenCrew may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate misuse, or protect the rights of KitchenCrew and its users. Personal information is not sold.

4. Retention and security

Pilot submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate opportunities, maintain business records, improve the service, and address legal or safety concerns. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices

You may ask KitchenCrew to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask not to be contacted about future opportunities. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, safety, dispute, or legal purposes.

6. Children

KitchenCrew is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit information through the website if you are under 18.

7. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the pilot and marketplace evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
